Happy holidays from the fit52 Team!
Carrie’s long-time trainer, Eve Overland, has curated a special “12 Days of Christmas” workout to help keep you moving throughout the holiday season! This fit52 workout is a ladder in the same structure as the Christmas tune. Each day represents the number of reps you perform of each exercise: you will start at 1 and go up to 12, and with each new “day” you’ll descend the ladder and repeat the exercises.
You’ll get the hang of it—just follow along with our video!
