Welcome to Fit52

Fit52 is my common sense, natural approach to getting and staying in shape 52 weeks out of the year.

Weight loss gimmicks, fad diets, and 8 week body-of-your-dreams exercise programs make up the majority of the multi-billion dollar fitness industry. With 2/3 of Americans classified as overweight it’s obvious that a lot of people are wasting a lot of money. A basic exercise and diet plan is all it really takes. This concept is simple to understand but difficult for most people to implement.
